EverGrowth exists because we have lived both sides of the table. Between us we have grown up around a family business, built a company from a single site to a group, and signed on the line when it was time to let go. We know what a business means to the person whose name is on it.
We started EverGrowth with our own capital. Today the group is backed by FourLeaf Capital to support our growth. That combination matters: every conversation is led by founders who understand what you have built, and we have the backing to complete deals, invest and keep growing.
Our focus is the essential services every organisation buys and few think about: cleaning, maintenance, compliance, waste, power and the works that keep sites safe and open. Each business has its own niche. Together they form the services a client would buy from a total FM provider, and that is what we are building, nationwide. It is a sector full of exceptional businesses built over decades, and we believe they deserve a buyer who sees that.
