London, 7 October 2026: EverGrowth, the founder-led B2B essential services group, has completed the acquisition of Medway Heating, the Bolton-based specialist in commercial and industrial oil and gas firing systems.
Operating since 1974, Medway installs, maintains and services heating systems for public and private sector customers across the UK, spanning healthcare, education, local authorities and leisure.
Medway is the first business in EverGrowth’s Hard Services division, which covers mechanical and electrical services, building maintenance and statutory compliance. It continues to trade under its own name, with the same teams looking after its customers.
EverGrowth completed its first acquisition, a London commercial cleaning business, in March 2026.
