For business owners

Your life's work,
in safe hands.

You spent decades building something real. The question is not just what it is worth, but what happens to it next. We built EverGrowth to be the answer we would have wanted ourselves.

Our promise

We buy businesses to grow them. Nothing gets dismantled.

No owner wants to hand over their life's work and watch it disappear into someone else's brand, or see loyal people managed out within the year. That does not happen here.

When a business joins EverGrowth it keeps its name, its people and its way of working. What changes is what sits behind it: group investment, better systems, shared expertise and new contract opportunities that are hard to win alone.

We can make that promise because we are owners too, and we are building this group for the long term. We have done this with our own businesses. Now we do it alongside people like you.

The deal in plain terms

What stays. What we add.

What stays

Everything that makes it yours

Your company name and reputation. Your team, on the terms they joined on. Your customers and the relationships behind them. The culture and standards you spent years setting. And your own role, shaped however you want the next chapter to look.

What we add

Everything that helps it grow

Capital for vehicles, equipment and people. Group shared services behind the business: finance, people, safety, IT, procurement and bid support, so the noise leaves and your people can focus on what they do best. Cross-selling into the wider group's client base. A leadership bench so the business never depends on one person again.

The process

From first call to completion, without the circus.

Selling a business is a big decision and often an emotional one. Our process is designed to be honest, human and quick, with no surprises along the way.

01

A conversation in confidence

You speak directly with a founder. We listen first: your story, your team, your numbers in broad strokes, and what you actually want from a sale. If we are not the right buyer, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

No obligation · No paperwork

02

Getting to know the business

A short exchange of information under NDA so we can value the business properly. We work around your diary and your need for discretion. Your staff and customers hear nothing until you decide they should.

Typically 2 to 3 weeks

03

A fair, clear offer

A written offer with the valuation, the structure and the timetable in plain English. We are flexible on structure: full exit, staged handover or keeping a stake in the business as it grows. We do not reopen the price late unless diligence finds something we were not told.

No late surprises on price

04

Diligence with respect

Thorough, because our backers and lenders expect it, but proportionate and run to an agreed timetable. We use experienced advisers who have done this many times and know the difference between rigour and theatre.

Agreed timetable · Single point of contact

05

Completion, then continuity

Completion payment on the day, then a careful first hundred days focused on stability: your people reassured, your customers looked after, and the improvements you never had time for finally getting done.

Day one plan agreed before completion

What we look for

Is your business a fit?

01

Facilities & building services

Cleaning, maintenance, M&E, compliance, waste, security and the trades that keep buildings running.

02

A real track record

Typically ten or more years of trading, with EBITDA of £1m or more sustained year after year.

03

Loyal, diverse customer base

Repeat clients and contracts, ideally with no single customer dominating the business.

04

A capable team

People who know the work and care about it. They are the reason the business will keep thriving.

05

An owner who cares

You want the right home, not just the highest sticker price from the fastest bidder.

06

Room to grow

A market position we can build on with investment, group contracts and bolt-on acquisitions.

Not sure you tick every box? Talk to us anyway. Some of the best businesses we have met would have ruled themselves out on paper.

Life after the sale

You choose what your next chapter looks like.

Path A

A clean, well-managed exit

Hand over fully after an orderly transition. We plan succession with you so the business and your people are set up to thrive without you.

Path B

Stay and lead

Keep running the business you love with a group behind you. Many owners find the role gets better when the admin burden lifts.

Path C

Take value, keep a stake

Realise the value you have built and retain equity in the business, so you share in the growth the group helps create.

They stay, with their employment terms protected through the transfer. We buy businesses for their people as much as their contracts, and our record is of teams growing after acquisition, not shrinking.

No. Your name and reputation are a large part of what we are buying. Businesses in our group keep their identity and their relationships under their own brand.

Yes. EverGrowth began privately funded and is now backed by FourLeaf Capital, with senior debt from OakNorth, to support further acquisitions. Every offer we make sets out how it is funded.

Only if you want to. Some owners hand over after a transition, some stay for years, some keep a stake. We shape the deal around your plans, and we are honest about what the business needs to succeed without you.

From first conversation to completion is typically three to six months, depending on the readiness of your information and how quickly you want to move. We agree the timetable up front and keep to it.

Not from us. Conversations are confidential from the first call, NDAs come as standard, and nothing reaches your staff, customers or competitors until you choose the moment.

“I have sat where you are sitting. I built a business, grew it and sold it. The buyer mattered more than the number, and that is exactly the buyer we set out to be.”
