Who we are
EverGrowth Group Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16185258, with our registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7TA.
You can contact us about this notice or your information by email, by phone on 0333 880 6688, or by post to our registered office.
What we collect
- When you contact us through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, the option you choose to describe yourself, and your message.
- When you email or call us: the information you choose to share.
- When you visit the website: technical information that our hosting provider needs to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own website. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that confirms a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It is strictly necessary to protect the forms and is not used for tracking or advertising.
How we use it, and why we are allowed to
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you want to, discuss a possible sale, partnership or investment. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where a transaction follows, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To run and protect this website, including preventing spam and misuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
- To meet our legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
We do not sell your information, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with organisations that process it for us under contract, such as our website hosting and form provider and our email and document storage provider, and with our professional advisers where needed for a transaction. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the protections recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you give us for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless a transaction or ongoing relationship means we need to keep it for longer. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
